EA APP

This is what happens in the background; after I launch the game and play for a few minutes. Then the game crashes (white screen). Or the CPU fan gets loud and the system shuts down while playing

    When I launch the app, it opens multiple times. I turned off startup and ran a virus scan in the app and Sims 4 icon
