Yesterday it worked normally, today it does not turn on at all. I've tried the ways I found on the forums (it's not a firewall or antivirus problem), I've already talked to a couple of EA advisors, I've done what they told me to do (cleared my computer's cache, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it), but nothing has helped. Community ManagerA mi también me pasa. Me instalo la app otra vez y cuando se supone que ya está todo le doy a "abrir" y no abre, no hace nada. Probé a desinstalar todo y volver a instalarlo, reiniciar mi ordenador etc...
Cuando me lo instalo por safari no me deja abrirlo porque me pone que la aplicación está dañando el sistema y me pide que lo traspase a la papelera, sin embargo, cuando lo descargo por chrome simplemente no abre.
