@EA_Jason Can you please maybe explain how to do this on w8.1? I can't seem to find how to do this on my pc
My daughters laptop has had the same issue since January 10th 2023 following the forced migration. i have tried all of the solutions in these threads and not 1 has worked. all i get from the online chat is "engineers are working on this and we appreciate the inconvenience caused" its utter bullcrap
