Summarize your bug When I try login to EA Desktop App by e-mail, phone or EA ID i got Error Code: 10005 and I can't enter to application.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1) Open the EA Desktop App 2) Enter e-mail, phone or EA ID and password 3) Click Log in
What happens when the bug occurs? It shows window with message EC: 10005
What do you expect to see? I expect normal log in and ability to enter the app.

Hi everyone,
There was an issue on Sunday where players would receive an EC:10005 error message. This lasted for a couple of hours and we have since fixed the issue.
Thank you for all the reports and I'm happy to see that it is working again now.
