Did you also do the above mentioned troubleshooting steps?

I have issues starting or downloading any game from xbox gamepass, I just get download error and the EA app flashes up and goes off every time and cannot connect / link my accounts at all. Error code 0xa3e903e8 is all i get but I cant find it on the lists available to fix it.

        Turned out my account was banned for cheating or something on FIFA 21 but I had never even played it .. ever! :O

        EA support fixed my issue by removing the ban.
