    Turned out my account was banned for cheating or something on FIFA 21 but I had never even played it .. ever! :O

    EA support fixed my issue by removing the ban.

      @EA_Leeuw Yeah but it's because of a ban I had no idea about. I have raised a ticket and I'm waiting.

        @Soueeks29, alright so you figured out what the cause of the issue was; a sanction on your account?
        You did well in that case by raising a ticket for our Terms of Service department. I hope you'll receive a reply as soon as possible.
