Can you try deleting the app and re-install it through the Xbox app?

Okay no sweat. Can you try a clean boot and then immediately try launching it as administrator once the PC loads back up? This can help us determine whether there's a program running in the background causing this.

i try it but not good.. I see the ea desktop app to task maneger but noting happen.
I have the exact same issue. I tried running the installer as administrator too, but nothing helps. I can clearly see that it's running in the background somewhere because it's active in my task manager, but nothing actually happens no matter how long I let it run for. No pop-ups, no nothing. I tried several troubleshooting methods but nothing has worked so far.
