Is that in Origin @RainbowSpeedy where they are not recognised?
Have you ensured that the Origin account that you are logged into is the same one that you are logged in to on the EA App?
Darko
Correct, @EA_Darko I'm starting the game via Origin.
The DLCs are marked as purchased in Origin.
The DLCs are marked as purchased in the The Sims 4 home screen.
When I click on "continue" on the home screen the error message "you have to purchase 15 DLCs to load this savegame" pops up.
It's the savegame I always use. And when I click on "purchase now" another message pops up with "you're already owning this DLC".
- EA_Darko4 years agoCommunity Manager Hey @RainbowSpeedy do you have custom content or mods Running? I'll move your thread to the Origin forums. Darko
- EA_Darko4 years agoCommunity Manager Before I move it @RainbowSpeedy did you purchase the DLC or get any through EA Play?
 Darko
- 4 years agoI deactivated all Mods, as mentioned earlier. I purchased the DLC from a third party vendor and activated it in the EA App via a code. I checked my DLCs again and there are no DLCs coming through the EA Play membership. @EA_Darko
- EA_Darko4 years agoCommunity Manager Can I ask where you purchased the DLC @RainbowSpeedy?
 Darko
- 4 years agoI got the code from a reseller on ebay @EA_Darko You can find a scan of the code attached to this post. [Removed by CM]
- EA_Darko4 years agoCommunity Manager Hey @RainbowSpeedy I would recommend never sharing a code like that on a public forum.
For issues associated with game codes purchased from third-party sellers, you will need to speak with the seller.

- 4 years agoThe last game update fixed the problem with the DLCs not being found by the game. I can now load my game saves again without any error message.
- EA_Darko4 years agoCommunity Manager Great to hear that you got it sorted @RainbowSpeedy.
