Waiting for you to find a solution and fix it‌I know the problem is going to sound weird, but I've encountered this problem many times over the past week.For the last 1 week my Intel AC9560 wifi adapter was crashing. I tried to determine if the problem is a hardware or software problem. It looked like a software bug after all. (Tried all solutions -clean install- disable- BIOS settings etc etc). However, the problem was recurring from time to time. But it wasn't a routine problem, it just happened randomly. I then started tracking down when the problem happened and what was causing it. As a result, I saw that whenever I open a game via the EA desktop app, it crashes after a certain period of time. Or instantly. (There is no problem when I open the game on other game platforms.) Then I thought of doing "App Recovery" via EA Desktop app. And what can I see, my adapter crashes after I do "App recovery". As a result, although the problem seems unrelated, there seems to be a problem somewhere. I will continue to experiment and research on EA Desktop and share the data I find with you.I request you to follow this issue closely and find a solution.

Have the same problem but with Killer AX 1650i. After launching EA desktop wifi just turns off.

I've had the problem for a long time and now I'm almost sure of the source of the problem. However, no one was interested in contacting me by EA. I have identified exactly on which screens the error occurs. Especially when opening FIFA games. And I seem to have overcome this problem in some ways. I'm trying a few things. If anyone is interested in EA technical staff, I can give very detailed information (I now have serious data about the places where the problem occurs and the solution ideas).

Has anyone figured out a fix for this? Mine has started to do it now too. I have an Asus Tuf A15 never had an issue until May this year. Its really starting to annoy me as I need internet for other things on this same laptop but everytime I open my game my wifi crashes and takes me hours and network resets to get back.

This is so frustrating.&nbsp;I only buy games through Steam, but if the goddamn game is from EA, I'm forced to open this bloody app which crashes my WIFI card just before opening, and then it prompts me that there's no internet, so it's going to close now.&nbsp;Isn't there any intention to fix this chaos?&nbsp;I've wasted my money to buy a game which, not only I can't play it, but it crashes my wifi card for several hours until it magically comes back.&nbsp;I'm forced to use cracks to play my paid games?&nbsp;
