Summarize your bug The EA Desktop App won't launch and it will say that there is an unresolvable error and to restart the app but it continues in a loop when I click restart the app.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Launch the App
What happens when the bug occurs? It loads but then states the message of an unresolvable error and won't launch the app.
What do you expect to see? The app won't launch and will continue in a loop.
I want to be able to launch the app and actually use it but I'm not so I'm using Origin for now.

A little update from our side:
We did some investigating to why this is happening and we might have found the cause, which we're looking to fix.
Thank you for all the detailed examples so far and I'll let you know when I have an update to share.
