EA Desktop Fails to load/Download games on PC

Question

This is bs, these issues should NOT exist. The EA desktop app is utter garbage and this game (NFS - Heat) in particular causes my entire system to get stuck on a black screen , even after All F4 the game to force close. Only solution is force shutting down my PC. Outside of that the App itself never wants to download anything and says "were sorry things are taking a bit longer than expected". So this app and said games are a waste of my my but fortunately NOT my money thanks to the awesomeness of XBOX GP. I will not buy EA products if this is what I get in return, even if it's free.

If your system is getting stuck on a black screen when launching a game then this is generally a system issue rather than a game issue, do you have a DxDiag:&nbsp;https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/

@EA_Darko I don't blame NEWBIE one bit for his frustration. I can't load Medal of Honor on my system. My Win 11 system hangs up on the download and frankly I'm tired of trying to do all the stuff listed variously on the support site. No way this kind of experimental software should be unleashed on the public.

Hey&nbsp;@p4li6l1363gz&nbsp;EA games don't officially support Windows 11, while they may and will often run there is no guarantee that you won't run into issues.

I tested it just there and am playing MOH on my Windows 10 system and also have it running on 11.
With that in mind, it sounds like you may having a system issue, have you done any troubleshooting?&nbsp;
