Hi @NAVECCIER,

I'm sorry for the late reply, but lets have a look.

It's good to see that you have already tried clearing the cache via App Recovery and that you rebooted your PC, but there are a few more things that we can try:

Set an exception for the EA app in your firewalls and anti-virus.
Temporarily disable your VPN
Launch the EA app as an administrator.
Disable any proxies that you may have.
If the exceptions don't work, then temporarily disable your firewall and anti-virus.

Still no luck? Then try performing a Clean Boot of Windows and only launch the EA app.
