Are you having the issue downloading the Mass Effect LE patch? This is happening to me also.

    I found a fix on reddit and gave it a try. It worked -- I was trying to patch Mass Effect LE, got stuck on calculating time, and tried this after the other cache clearing fixes I found here. Hope QA takes a look at this and updates the stuff here for everyone!
