@EA_Blueberry I've already contacted them and they told me I had a membership. They're the ones who told me to post my issue here because they can't solve it.

5 years agoIf you have an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership on the Microsoft account you are logging in with, this should be fixed by deleting the EA Desktop app and install the game through the Xbox app.

Have you checked your Xbox account's subscription history to verify you have an active Game Pass Ultimate membership?
