Summarize your bug I had EA Desktop installed before and it ran fine until a few days ago where it kept giving me an error saying something along the lines of me not being able to connect and to try again later, so I thought uninstalling and reinstalling it would do the trick but I get an error saying "Something went wrong... EA Desktop encountered an error and couldn't finish installing. Does anyone know how to fix this? I just want to play Titanfall ☹️
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not entirely sure how to consistently get this issue, but it happens when I launch the installer and when it gets to the "Installing EA Desktop part", it just freezes like right at the end and gives me the error
What happens when the bug occurs? I get an error and an option to retry or cancel the download
What do you expect to see? To be able to actually install it and run it

btw I've tried disabling my firewall and antivirus but it still gives me this issue

Also when it gets to the very end of the installation process where it freezes, I can see all the files being installed in the EADesktop folder under Electronic Arts, but they all disappear when I get the error
