I just deleted the app from the control panel, but, I did end up getting it to install again, I just followed some instructions on how to fix geforce experience and updated my PC and it worked! Not entirely sure what I did but it worked and now I can use EA Desktop again!

As I understand it the issue that you are having now is to install the EA app?
If so, then could you let me know how you uninstalled the EA app? When you have uninstalled it in the normal way via the App section in the Windows Settings, then we can rule that one out.
Should you have just deleted some files or used a different way to uninstall the app, then please try running the Microsoft Troubleshooter and remove EA desktop, or remove the unidentified apps.
