EA dose not want to lunch Temporarily lost connection

Product: The EA app
Platform:PC

Summarize your bug I keep getting the same error message say that i have temporarily lost connection
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? There is nothing wrong with my internet connection
What happens when the bug occurs? It happens every time I try to start up the game
What do you expect to see? The bug to be fixed so that I am able to play

I have been getting the same error message for the past two day when ever I try to start up the game. I was able to create an account got to the email verification and that was as far as i was able to get . Now every time I try to start up it keep throwing the error  have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the sims but that has not helped

    Hey @Bronzlee is it possible to test on another network, using mobile data and your phone as a hotspot perhaps?

    The same error @Bronzlee, no difference at all?

    Do you have any security software running, if so can you ensure that your anti-virus and firewall are not blocking it.

    That is something you will need to look for yourself @Bronzlee, best thing to do is to go through your start menu to see what is there.

    @EA_Darko Im a bit tech savvy, so if you need me to open up any programs or registries in hopes of diagnosing this problem I can maybe help, as I am also having this problem.
