EA expansion pack purchase blocked by EA
I tried to purchase the new expansion pack through EA, like I always do - I own them all. My bank said EA blocked the purchase because EA said I was "not present" at the purchase (??!!??) How do I get that corrected?? - The bank says I cannot use it at EA until EA corrects that. HELP!!
