Just to confirm, does the same error appear when you launch the game using the EA App, or is it a different error then? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling EA Anti-Cheat Javelin and the EA App?
If you haven't already, please try clearing the EA App's cache and repairing the EA Anti-Cheat Javelin file before running both as administrator to see if the error persists. Do also confirm if the EA App, FC 25, EA Anti-Cheat, and Steam have been added as exceptions in any antivirus software or firewalls, including Windows Defender.
