(dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 01.01.2023Summarize your bug When I open the EA app, every game is working just fine, but for my friend list, I cannot see my friends being online even if they are indeed online. It appears that they couldn't see me online as well. I have had this issue since Origin, and it appears that it is happening just on one of the PC I am using. I can see the friends I added on the other PC I used in the past, but I can't see the "new" friends appearing online after the first time adding them as friends. How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It just appears on the EA app. What happens when the bug occurs? If I can't see my friends online, then I can't invite or be invited to play together. What do you expect to see? I'm catching up on some of the threads on this board and came across your thread. Were you able to get sorted with this? If not, there's some information I'd like to share with you. We've found that there can be a few reasons why friends might not show up in the search results. We've popped together a guide here with recommendations that might help them appear for you and vice versa:&nbsp;
