EA games bought via Epic Games won't download or start since Dec. 14, 2023

I bought FC 24 on Epic Games this morning, and now I can't get into the game. When I click on the game icon, EA Play comes up first, then Epic Games, and then it stays. Then when I return to Ea play ...

Battlefront 2 not starting

I have the game from Epic Games , and when i try to launch it (from any platform or .exe ) it will open Epic games Launcher and EA launcher , than 2 things can happen : 1. in the EA launcher it is trying to start the game , but nothing happens (pic. 1 ) 2. the launcher doing something and trying to start it , and open a other (EA ) window , but then it will close it and nothing happens . (pic . 2 )
