I bought Madden 24 from Epic games. When everything finished and I clicked "install", it brought me to the EA app to link my account. Once my accounts were linked, that's about it. The game never installed and every time I click "install" again, the EA app brings me to my library but nothing is happening in there. It just shows my games that I have installed... Madden isn't installing or even showing up in my EA library.
Got the same problem with Jedi Survivor here, can click on start, EA app pops out, a few seconds pass, a smaller secondary window pops in, then disappears, and I'm back on EA app... didn't even have a chance to play once

so i figured it out, I just clicked clear app cache on the ea app and reloaded both epic games and ea. Then it brought me to ea and gave me the option to install.

Same issue as the above stated. Just bought Madden 24 through Epic Games because they give cash back rewards and I cannot get it to download.
When I hit install on the Epic app it pulls up an EA window the same shape as a login window, then disappears and nothing happens. I wait a few and click it again and 1 of 2 things happen; either the EA app opens and there is no sign of Madden in my Library or current downloads, or the EA app crashes all together.
It seems like troubleshooting with the EA recommended steps has only made things worse. I would request a refund from Epic and purchase the game through EA but I refuse to give EA any money since ignore issues that have been going on for years. Just give us Origin back.
