I have 13000k I9 CPU, 64GB memory, 3060 RTX, and I am having the same problem with only EA games. Steam and Battlenet never fails. You need make an effort to fix this it's happens on multiple games on EA app, I now do no bother with EA games. During winter sales I avoided buyIng any EA games due to this Issue
