Ea help broken?

I haven’t been able to login to my games. Says it can’t activate this computer on my account. Been trying months with no luck after doing everything suggested. anyway…

made an EA help ticket, no response. Case was closed. Clicked on resume because it’s not closed. And that just reloads the page. 

am I just wasting even more time trying to get help?
