EA help is useless crap that doesn't solve anything...

Hi,

I have been trying to resolve this issue with EA customer support for over two months.

My PC game Battlefield 3 boxed version requires Origin, it doesn't work anymore so I tried to add the game in EA app using "redeem code". Unfortunately, the key cannot be activated.

At the same time, it was an original game purchased in a store from an official distributor. I unpacked the game myself from the original foil and the key has never been used before. Unfortunately, official support and distribution no longer work in my country.

The furthest I've gotten with EA help is to contact the store where I purchased the game. I repeated several times that the warranty, which is by law in my country, has already expired.

That's why I would contact the distributor (the last one went bankrupt as far as I know) and since it's an EA game, I'm contacting EA's official support.

I didn't even get to EA Chat, after a long wait I couldn't connect and they closed the case as resolved.

I've tried all the options and I don't know what to do anymore.

Does anyone have any advice?

  • Feel your pain bro, had the same issue with their useless support with EA FC....they've  effectively bricked the game on the PC and have no accountability.

Hope ppl wake up and stop buying their games on the hope they're one of the lucky ones who don't need help from them.
