Everytime i try to log into my ea to play sims, it always gets stuck at the loading screen. I logged off for literally two minutes and tried to get back on and it keeps saying there’s an error when nothing has changed. I’m on a mac so i force quit i restart my computer nothing is working i can’t log into it.

Sorry to hear that there's been difficulty getting into the game. Can you let us know what the error message is saying? And are you getting stuck on the loading screen in The Sims 4 or in the EA App?
It might be worth checking if the game and the EA App are both up to date, clearing the app's cache, and repairing the Sims 4 to see if the error persists.
