Updating my previous thread.
The temporary solution for making the EA App functional again is UNINSTALLING THE SIMS 4 , and repairing the EA App.
I have tried installing only base game whenever i can have EA App functional. ( Because it seems installing multiple add-ons at once causes the EA App to get stuck and eventually crashing out to desktop). I can get into game only right after installing it.
The problem comes whenever i close the game, and in case i have to log out from EA App, the next time i try opening the app again, there it produces the '' stuck/ crash '' situation again. The cache clearing / repairing / app re-installing WITH SIMS 4 installed it WON'T FIX ANYTHING. I tried uninstalling Sims 4 again in that particular situation and yes, magically the EA APP got fixed, but yeah, the game wasn't any longer installed.
PD. I didn't have the '' Royalty and Legacy Expansion Pack'' installed in any of my experimenting. However, i do have it purchased and it is listed on my add-on list.
PD 2: EA App version 13.644.1.6152 . Windows 10 OS updated.
