EA issues

For some reason one day i was playing fine then the next everytime i try and go to play sims it brings up a error with ea saying “ to continue linking your EA account head back and start over” i’ve tried deleting the game and signing in & out along with resetting my password. I’ve noticed on my steam app it has all my saved packs but won’t let me access the game due it to bringing up the error but if i delete it the game still stays on my ea app and lets me play yet saves none of my bought packs or nothing. All my other steam apps work so i don’t know if it’s something with ea or sims for me. Please help if you can, thank you!!
