Hello, i menage to figure it out. ea app did not want to download to its old folder before win 11 update. I just simple make new folder on E drive and it works.

Community Manager@54nz7tuqryj9 This could be caused by quite a few things. Typically, security programs like firewall, antivirus, or Windows account don't have permissions. Can you let us know what steps you have taken so you don't rinse and repeat steps that didn't work for you?
Disabling antivirus, reinstalling EA, changing folders, that kinda thing

The error message is something running that is preventing you from accessing it which is typically Admin privileges for Windows like a password or it was blocked in the antivirus or 3rd party program.
Tried them all but still the same error ☹️
