EA Mac App purchase not valid

In 2022 I purchased Sims 4 and a expansion pack. Today when I try to re-download it to my iMac the EA App tells me I dont own the game. It shows up in "My games", I can press the Download button, but...

My issue is with Sims 4 main game. I'm unable to download it to my iMac as the EA Software tells me I don't own the game. I can see Sims 4 in "My games", but when I go to download the software tells me I don't own the game.
