In 2022 I purchased Sims 4 and a expansion pack. Today when I try to re-download it to my iMac the EA App tells me I dont own the game. It shows up in "My games", I can press the Download button, but after about a minute I get an alert telling me I don't own the game. I've tried to download the game in English and Swedish, but I get the same result.
