I just bought jedi survivor and the EA launcher seems stuck when I try to launch the game. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the same issue keeps coming up. Once the ea window launches it remains blank. Can this please be fixed.

Summarize your bug Cannot launch EA App. sometimes won't start at all, other times starts but only shows a blank screen. Tried to launch installed titles directly, nothing happens. Re-installed, uninstalled, gave admin priviledges, made it compatible with Win 7, deleted cache. nothing happens.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try launching EA App!
What happens when the bug occurs? EA Apps loads a blank screen. If launching the game directly from Epic Games Launcher, it shows "Link2EA" window and then nothing happens.
What do you expect to see? EA App loading normally.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, at some point it did just work. then stopped working again and right after a reboot, tried a reinstall or two and it works. now I'm afraid to reboot my PC!

but EA, once the game is activated on EA, why the game still requires Epic GAmes Store loged in?? it is nonsense. I can not play Mass effect Legendary, cause Epic is down.. just unbelievable.
Also having this issue. It's * insane. I've tried everything listed below and still nothing.
1- Checked my internet connection, it is stable and fast.
2- Uninstalled with Revo Uninstaller and reinstalled the app multiple times.
3- Ended task on the EA background services.
4- Set EA App to run as administrator
5- Cleared the app data cache for anything EA related.
6- Turned on Unicode time setting (?) or similar as another thread suggested that
7- Turned off secure boot in BIOS as another thread suggested that
8- Updated all drivers
9- Unplugged the PC waited and plugged back in.
10- Checked for corrupt files/ hardware
11- Tried to create a separate admin account in Windows to open it.
12- Attempted to open an EA game through Steam AND Epic and NEITHER can get EA to open, even if I had those programs install the EA app.
My Epic Games and Steam and EA won't even open the EA App to where I can see anything. Tried below fixes but didn't work for me if you want to try any

Yea your right it seems like it was from the outage. Works now
