I have added 700 krowns to my steam wallet and i want to pay the rest by card but they are saying the card is unavailable even if ive tried 3 diffrent cards from other banks

Hi. After launching the EA app, it goes blank. I can re-launch it, and see all games, but it goes blank before i can click ANYTHING! I tried log off and log on again. I can't get it working!
