EA Play app won't start - ucrtbase.dll

Hi,

A have a problem with starting EA Play app from last Friday (6.12.2024). I'm playing Battefield 2042, Titanfall 2 almost everyday, but from then it won't start.
I own games on Steam. After starting the app, nothing happened. 

In EventViewer I get some error:

I have tried everything. Reinstall EA Play app, reinstall steam, new GPU driver, VS C++ redis, but still won't start.

I've been using EA Play app for years, but never had this problem.
My region is Serbia.

Please advise.
