EA play cant connect xbox game pass account

I have an xbox game pass ultimate subscription under the same email as my origin account, they're both at least 11 years old. i just tried linking them with the "ea-help" website login method but no luck, nothing shows up under my "connections" tab and my origin account still requests a subscription

    Hey @Xanodia it sounds like you may have multiple EA accounts, if so then for issues such as this you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to take a look at your account or accounts and advise you further.

    Same here, just decided to try this out and accounts show linked. EA shows linked with my Xbox gamertag and in Xbox app in Windows 10 it just shows EA then a button saying "Manage". I see the EA games in Xbox app that then when I try to install a game opens the EA Desktop app and shows I need to subscribe still to EA Play. What a joke! Typical EA garbage! Thankfully I only spent $1 on this sub with the promo from Microsoft but this is just stupid!

    hello drako... it's nearly march and i still cant connect the 2 accounts or download any ea game, could you help me in any way please?

    This is on the older side of time, I'm closing this thread to stop it from being necroed.

    If you have any issues with EA play on Xbox, please make a new topic about your problems and what kind of steps you have tried to solve them.
