EA Play in offline mode

@EA_Darko Hello, so its 2023 and the EA Play app is somehow still on Beta and it doesn't let me launch the fully updated single-player games I own while offline. And yes, I checked the "keep me logged" feature and when in offline mode the games I own appear on the offline screen, the app states that I can play them, but when I click on them, NOTHING happens. Looking at other threads from as soon as 3 hours ago, it seems like 90+% of people are having the same problem, Do you know if there will be a fix soon?
Agree this is a terrible user experience. And a costly one. I am discouraged to continue buying further EA games because I can't trust whether the gating mechanisms will work from one day to the next. If I'm out $50 for one game that's not the end of the world, but for EA you guys are out a few hundred because I can't trust your platform. Pennywise, pound foolish on the programmers' and QA budgets, I would wager.
