EA PLAY PRO not working

Hey EA,

I bought EA PLAY PRO+

They alrdy take the 17,99 from my bank and in my status there is a double payment,

The first payment is still on PENDING
The 2nd payment is on Completed..

But i still cant do anything with EA PLAY PRO,
Cant download anything, he still says i dont own ea play pro,

Please help me its alrdy a long term now..
