I have paid for EA play pro just to play the Battlefield beta. It is not working on any of my devices even with the accounts linked. I have even tried on PC direct through the EA app and it still does not work. When I try to apply for a refund it only gives me an option for games and not the subscription. Can someone help me out with this?
Same here. I can only end the subscription but not refund it even though I never used it and only signed up today. There’s not a single place on any of their sites that just says “click here to see if you qualify for early access” or “This is how to do such and such”. Nothing about early access at all. Just “preorder here” everywhere. Idk what I expected with EA smh
I have managed to get in now. I had to uninstall EA play from my PC and download it again along with the beta. So annoying but I'm finally playing Battlefield 6. Still will not work on console even though my accounts are all linked.
