EA reset

is there a way for you to reset the sims4 on my EA account on your end

my sims has been running slow since the end of may and I have done every thing I can to clear space, reset the game and the app itself, I have now got to a point of frustration I cannot play the game

sims stand in one place and don't do anything

time is freezing/moving slow

sims will not leave for work and school on time they also don't come back on time once they go sometimes time will keep going but sims wont return

I have checked the autonomy and set them back to there original setting

deleted all  cache and mods that could course this

spoke to AI and it didn't help please let me know what you or I can do to fix the problem

If that doesn't help, this may be a system issue, and in that case I'd like to see a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
