EA sends an error code when I try to open the app
when I try to open EA on my desktop it sends me the error code EC:10500 and has asked me to log out and then login again. I have done that, but it sends the same error.
- 7 months ago@ElvoraH Make sure both windows firewall and any antivirus program have marked EA app as safe or disable them temporarily, then restart your PC, see if that helps.
