EA you need to FIX your game !!!! EAapp says BF3 is already running but its not

EA you need to FIX your game !!!! what are you doing??   BF3 is not launching no matter what fix i can find regardless in here or google. admin , combatability, deleting dll in bf3 folder, clear ea ...

When I try and play campaign it asks for administrator perms and when I click yes it just puts me on the EA app and says "This game is already running". I haven't found a single solution yet.
