EC 10610 error

But we can connect to the game server in EA games. Only failed in EA APP.

Could you tell me the domain used in EC 10608?  I will try to ping it in shell.

I am using the fastest and best home network in China. 

Alternatively to Google's DNS, you can try Open DNS.

In the meantime, please also change the language of the EA App to English. It will help us read the error message. It looks like the network configuration is involved, though. 

Have you also tried using a different connection altogether? That might help us isolate the cause of this error. If you are trying to play from a restricted network, finding a different network without restrictions might be necessary.

I have tried everything including reinstalling EA app, reset network and so on. No one can visit google in China without VPN , which is not allowed.  Please see the attachment below.

If you could share a photo or screenshot of this error you're getting with us, it might help figure out what could be causing it. 

In the meantime, have you tried to reinstall the game? Please do, sometimes refreshing the installation data resolves these kinds of errors. 

The connection might also be involved. Please follow our connection troubleshooting steps in this guide, try restarting your router, changing the DNS to Google's, changing the Wi-Fi Channel, or using an Ethernet cable. 

I'd also recommend checking if any background applications are involved by following the suggestions in this other guide.
