Purchased games say I need to renew xbox live to download.

All of the games I have purchased, with the exception of 1, have been removed from my account saying I need XBOX live.

I know I have purchased them as I have teh physical box and redeemed the code so I should need to be subscribed. Please can you look at my account and see what is going on.

I am getting back into PC gaming and have only just seen this.

Game codes used via the EA app wouldn't need an Xbox Live Subscription. If you could share a screenshot of the error messages you're seeing, we could narrow down the cause of this message.
