Your EA Play membership is tied to the platform you got it on, so if you have it on the Epic Games Store, it won't carry over to Steam or the EA app. There's more info in the FAQ here. Could you try downloading it directly from the EGS to see if that works instead?
I think I chose to download Battlefield 1 through EGS. But when I press play button it appears that 'please wait until the partner program start up.' then directly the error page shows up. Then, EA app tries to start the battlefield 1 and the error page shows up again. Do you find any error cause here?
I could try to download it again, but just let you know it took 7 hours..

My mistake, it looks like this is actually an ongoing issue. I'll close this thread for now, but I'd recommend keeping an eye on our other thread on this here for future updates about this.
