EA APP WONT LET ME LOGIN FROM EPIC GAMES
Hi! 4 Years ago I purchased Battlefield 2042 from "EPIC GAMES" and it let me play the game for hours. However, it came a time that i wasnt able to play because of work. Fast forward, last year I tried logging in to my Battlefield 2042 account in EA APP. Lo and behold, My Epic Games BF2042 would redirect me to EA APP saying my account was connected to an email in EA APP that i dont recognize. EPIC says report the issue with EA but both platform won't help me. There is no other way for self service in the website. Here's a screenshot of the account in EA APPEA saying account is offline
I keep getting this error message when trying to open Madden 25 (which I purchased through Epic Games) that says: "we've noticed your computer is currently offline. To activate your game on this computer using your EA account, you'll need to connect to the internet" How do I resolve this?
TS4 Luxury Party Stuff and Fashion Street Kit Missing from Game
A while back, I switched from the Origin App to the EA app and now these two add-ons are missing from my game and files. It says that I own the packs and that they need to be downloaded, but when I tried to redownload them, I'm met with the add-ons being greyed out. and a "Available on Windows" message. Yes, I've cleared my catche, repaired the game, logged off and back on and none of these have fixed the issue. Please help! Here are some pictures of the first pack. It is showing the same for the Fashion Street kit.

hi i just installed nfs unbound on epic but now when i try to downloads it it sends me to ea link but when i try to sign in it always says "something went wrong. we encountered an error and couldnt complete your request. try again a little later" ive attempted countless times and am just trying to down load and play the game this is very frustrating ea please help meI can't play any games from the EA app, they don't launch.
So games that i have both from epic store and steam don't launch has been like that for a while, i am not sure what to do i tried deleting and reinstalling the app but it didn't help. So the EA app just showed me a massage saying that i don't own the game that i launched, i haven't seen an error like that before today and i obviously have the game
Sims wont update - stuck on preparing
i have this issue everytime i want to update the sims 4 it always either stops at 0% or goes to 3% and just says preparing. normally after a while it would work but i have been trying to update for 3 days straight and no luck. i keep getting error messages after a specific amount of time. i have tried every solution from App Recovery Logging in and Logging out Deleting the EA app twice and reinstalling Repairing the EA app Attempting to repair the sims (i got an error message) Deleting some files Restarting my computer multiple times Downloading without the EA desktop icon Stopping virus protection temporarily i genuinely don't know what to do anymore. would really appreciate help!
Binding Epic Games
I wanted to install the game StarWars Battlefront 2 (via Epic Games), click on the installation button. After a while, a window appears from EA, something went wrong ... (to tie your EA account, go back and start from the beginning). I have an EA App app, like an account. In support of Epic Games, they sent to contact EA.
i cant play any of the games on ea play , and i have membership
I got ea play membership on epic games but ea app doesnt see it and i cant play any of the games i installed. Accounts are properly linked i can see it that its the right accounts on myaccount.ea so it isnt a problem with that i really need help because i cant play any of the games on ea play.
