Has there been a solution to this problem I also am now having the same issue and nothing in the thread that is recommended works
I have the same problem now.
It looks like the program deleted itself?
Can't uninstall, can't install. If I try to repair, it says it's repaired, and I need to restart, but when I do that, it's the same problem.
