Error 1000 after update

After updated my game for today's update. It's showing error 1000 whenever I log in. I did not get any of the stuff I was supposed to get after the update. I did everything that Google told me to do I change my internet settings, I tried mobile data, I tried Wi-Fi, even reinstall my game, I cleared the caches too. But the problem is still there how can I fix it.
