Error Battlefield 3

I own this games for years now i can't play it. because its telling that i don't have a cd key.

    Hey @arthur_151136985, Please ensure that no other apps are running in the background that could be blocking the EA app.

    Add it to your antivirus and firewall exceptions list, and make sure that your system time is set to sync with the internet automatically from the control panel.

    I have that same issue, It has a blank space where my username should be, weird. See the pic for more. 

    Ill try the suggested solution.
