Error code EC:10000

I can no longer access my account with EA Desktop: Error code EC:10000 “problem with my account” 

(Don't tell me to clear my cache or check my proxy.)

 

Until the end of 2025, I was able to play Dragon Age Inquisition. 

Since the beginning of 2006, after an update to the EA application, I get error code EC:10000 !

(Don't tell me to clear my cache or check my proxy.) 

 

And yet, with Chrome, I can still log into my account... but not with the EA APP !!!

-=> So a botched update to the EA app broke everything, and it's not a problem with my account !

. WHERE IS THE [VERBOSE] CHANGELOG ?

. WHAT CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE TO THE EA APP ?

    Great, I just received the update to version: 13.649.0-6162...
    ...and I still get error 10001: logical !

    And when I try to log out, it tries to log back in...
    ...So, back to error 10001 ! Fortunately, I can quit the application to get out of this infinite loop!

    Except that when I restart it, now the EA app tries to reconnect automatically with the accounts I entered...
    ...And so, back to error 10001!

    Fortunately, I like humor, but ...

    out of resentment, I reinstalled the EA app today (v13.713.0.6226)
      (sometimes I have time to kill...)
      and, believe it or not, it’s working again!
      Even though I didn’t change anything in my settings...

    Thanks, EA, for fixing your own mistakes!
      (except for the lack of explanations)

    Oh, I almost forgot: do as little as possible to avoid introducing new bugs !
      Too late—now here’s the cloud bug with the corrupted cloud save...
