error screen after installation of EA App

Hi , after installation of the EA app , it opens up as a 2x2 cm square block with sircled x in the centre, please advise what is wrong. I tried various times to install , even as administrator with the same effect.

    @Sarelsee It may be a problem with your PC settings. I'd start my looking at them!
